Like most outdoor surfaces, synthetic turf can become warm under direct sunlight. However, SuperGreens turf is engineered with UV-stabilized, heat-resistant materials that help keep surface temperatures lower than older turf products. Choosing lighter colors, adding shade, or lightly rinsing with water on extremely hot days can also help keep it cool and comfortable.

Each infill type serves a specific purpose, and the right choice depends on your turf’s use and environment:

• Silica Sand – The most common and economical option. It provides turf stability, weight, and support for the blades. Best suited for general landscape and decorative installations.

• Envirofill – A premium, antimicrobial-coated infill that helps prevent bacteria, mold, and odor. Ideal for pet areas, playgrounds, and high-traffic spaces, offering long-lasting freshness.

All of our synthetic turf products come with a 15 year residential warranty (commercial - 10 year warranty). The average lifespan of our turf is typically 15 to 20 years or more depending on application and usage. Our craftsmanship is guaranteed for 2 years.

Synthetic Turf does not require much maintenance when compared to natural grass. However, routine cleaning and grooming can be necessary depending on application, location and usage. It is good practice to keep the turf clean and free from debris (dust, leaves, dirt) when necessary using a leaf blower or stiff brush broom.

Brush your Turf with a stiff broom and add additional infill when necessary to help prevent the fibers from flattening. How often will depend on traffic, usage, & sometimes weather. For any additional maintenance questions please call us.

Most stains can easily be cleaned with water, mild soap & water (Dawn Dish Soap), or vinegar & water. Dust, dirt and debris can be removed using a broom or leaf blower.

Make sure to remove any pet waste and hose area off to keep it germ free. All of our Turf is stain resistant so most substances can be easily cleaned up with just water. Blood and other fluids can be washed with a mixture of vinegar and water or mild soap and water.
